Supply and demand problems occasionally occur in our business. We will fulfill your order within the time frame promised or we will notify you and submit a refund of the amount paid for the items we are unable to deliver. This could be for insufficient funds, frozen account status, invalid credit card number or expiration date, etc. Unfortunately the card issuing bank does not provide additional details regarding the reason for the decline. You will need to contact your card issuing bank for more information. It is also possible that you entered in the wrong billing address. Please double check the billing address for accuracy.
