All orders are final and non-refundable.
Most orders ship within 6 Weeks of receipt of payment. This is not a guarantee as we are unable to guarantee exact delivery times. Total turn around from payment received to delivery varies by availability of metals ordered, location of delivery, time of year (the post office is busy around the holidays) and other factors beyond our control.
Books and DVDs are shipped separate from other items ordered.
Orders are shipped "Restricted" and "Insured" with the U.S. Postal Service. Proper street address or PO Box is required to ship products and are only delivered within the continental United States. Restricted Delivery requires signature with a valid Photo ID presented on delivery and Photo ID must match name of card holder.
You are solely responsible for providing a proper shipping address. Any orders sent back to Midas Resources due to wrong address will result in purchaser paying additional shipping fees incurred to re-ship the order.
Your signature upon delivery of your order constitutes your acceptance of the charge to the credit card you supply for the items you purchase from Midas Resources.
APO/AFO/FPO and International orders are not accepted through the online store. We can not make any exceptions to this.
If you need to have an order shipped in another persons name, do not want restricted shipping or need shipping to a non-U.S. address: you must call to order.
Midas Resources reserves the right to refuse an order when the confirmed price is incorrect, due to computer-related problems, pricing error, incorrect item descriptions or sudden movements in the precious metals market. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order deemed questionable, suspicious or of significant risk to Midas Resources regardless of payment method and price confirmation.
